Dear classmate-
Our graduating class has lost yet another member, Paul Hermerding. Paul passed away Wednesday, August 5 after undergoing triple bypass surgery. He is survived by his wife of 32 years Jeannie Barbosa Hermerding; a daughter Melissa (and his son-in-law Caleb) Lim; a son Matthew (and his daughter-in-law Ashleigh) Hermerding; three adoring granddaughters Lexi, Blakely and Kimberly Hermerding; two brothers Kurt and Mark Hermerding; a sister Ann Hartley, and a large extended family. His parents and brother Eric preceded him in death.
Visitation is from 11:00am to 1:00pm Wednesday, August 12 at Conkle Funeral Home, followed by the funeral service at 1:00pm. Interment will be at West Ridge Park Cemetery, 9295 West 21st Street.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations be made to The Storehouse Food Pantry located at 5625 West 30th Street Speedway, IN 46224.
The Speedway High School Class of 1979 extends its condolences to Paul's family and friends.
